TalTech x TTK Folkrace
3rd–4th of April, at Mektory (Raja 15, Tallinn)
Build, program, and compete! TTK and TalTech invite students to take part in a competition where ingenuity, speed, and technical skill come together.

Competition categorys

01.
Verston Folkrace Pro
Verston Folkrace Pro is the most technical competition category in robotics folkrace, where autonomous robots compete on an obstacle-filled circuit, aiming to complete as many laps as possible within a given time.
The track may include hills, ramps, and more complex obstacles that require a durable, well-engineered, and fast robot.
02.
Folkrace Starter
Folkrace Starter is a simpler robotics folkrace competition category, where autonomous robots race on a circuit with the goal of completing as many laps as possible. The track is less technically demanding, making it well suited for beginner teams and robots.

03.
Folkrace Platform
Folkrace Platform is a robotics folkrace competition category where autonomous robots compete on a circuit using pre-built robotics platforms such as Makeblock or LEGO. The main focus is on programming ready-made solutions.
04.
Smitech Dragrace
The Dragrace is a competition category where a robot autonomously drives along a straight track surrounded by walls, with the goal of completing it as fast as possible.

05.
Freestyle
The Freestyle (Beauty Contest) takes place on a simplified line-following track, where the robot moves autonomously along a clearly marked line. The main focus of judging is on the robot’s appearance, design, and creative execution rather than its speed.
